OUR METHODOLOGY
WE OFFER YOU THE VISIBILITY YOU DESERVE IN THE FACE OF THE WORLD
The social media management team (community manager), based on the timing set at the beginning of each expedition, will create, manage and publish the content generated by the press, those that occur on a daily basis and those of the “dead times”, always in coordination with you and your sponsors.
They support the press and social media departments by providing and creating all the necessary audiovisual content to better explain each expedition.
They will create a digital repository of all audiovisual material for the press and related media, organised and segmented according to the timing of the expedition, under keywords and tags, to facilitate its location.
Structure and flow of information
We start with the expedition team leader as the point of origin, who represents the main source of information and is responsible for passing it on to the relevant press officer and media manager. The material is then sent to the press team, social networks, translators and media bank respectively and from there it is distributed to the various channels (Radio, TV, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Sponsors…) and thus completes the information cycle.
